Goat Life does not accept returns or refunds on purchased items unless the wrong size or item was delivered, and it does not match what was originally ordered. We encourage you to double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We'll review the situation and work with you to resolve the issue as fairly and quickly as possible.
